The Vauban Network is an association of different local authorities.
Local councillors from the 13 communities in the Network are ex officio members of this association:
Besançon, Briançon, Mont-Dauphin, Mont-Louis, Villefranche-de-Conflent, Blaye, Cussac-Fort-Médoc, Saint-Martin-de-Ré, Camaret-sur-Mer, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Arras, Longwy, Neuf-Brisach.
In addition to the fortified towns concerned, the Network counts a growing number of other local and regional authorities and institutional partners amongst its members.
