La préservation par le développement
Le référentiel "Recommandations pour la gestion, la conservation et le développement durable des "FORTIFICATIONS DE VAUBAN" vient de paraître.
Un référentiel, pourquoi et pour qui ?
Inscrit sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial en 2008 Le bien en série Les Fortifications de Vauban fédère les douze sites les plus représentatifs des différentes facettes de l’œuvre construite de Vauban.
Réalisé par le Réseau Vauban, avec le soutien du Ministère de la Culture/Drac Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, et la participation du ministère de la Transition énergétique et solidaire et la DREAL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, ce référentiel se veut un outil d’aide à la définition des interventions sur les sites et leurs abords, au service des gestionnaires, de leurs partenaires et des services de l’État, suivant l’adage "la préservation par le développement".

The reference standard "Recommendations for the management, conservation and sustainable development of the "FORTIFICATIONS OF VAUBAN" is now available.
A reference standard, why and for whom ?
The fortifications of Vauban were inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2008. This serial property combines the twelve sites that are most representative of the various facets of Vauban’s work.
Produced by the Vauban Network, with the support of the Ministry of Culture/Drac Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and with the participation of the Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition and the DREAL Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the reference standard is designed as a tool to assist site managers, their partners and State services with the definition of work at and around the sites, in accordance with the ’preservation through development’ principle.
